Alexendra Fire Station

Completed in January 2024, the Alexandra Fire Station project focused on upgrading key mechanical systems to support the station’s daily operations and enhance occupant comfort.

The scope included the installation of a high-efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system, a comprehensive mechanical ventilation system, and both galvanized iron (GI) and pre-insulated (PID) ductwork. These systems were fully integrated with a modern ACMV control solution, delivering optimized climate control and improved air quality throughout the facility.

This upgrade reflects a forward-thinking approach to infrastructure enhancement—combining performance, sustainability, and reliability in support of Singapore’s emergency services.
