OUR CORE TEAM

We take pride in our experienced core team comprising of in-house Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and skilled workers. Our team has extensive knowledge in planning, implementation and management, and are committed to delivering the highest quality service possible.

PROJECT MANAGERS & ENGINEERS

Our Project Managers and Engineers are
trained in our internal PQP (Project Quality Procedures) as per ISO standard. An established project management process such as the above would ensure that every project will be delivered promptly and managed to its desired standard.

SUPERVISORS

Every trade arm in Yinsheng engineering also has their own Supervisor. With at least 20 years of experience under their belt, they have demonstrated the ability to oversee their team’s workload and to guarantee satisfactory performance.

SKILLED WORKFORCE

Coretrade certified tradesmen make up more than 50% of our labour workforce and we’ve purposefully put in place a yearly appraisal system to promote and retain well performing staff, thereby fostering a positive work environment and managing performance to encourage growth.
